Recruitment is an exciting time for Kappa Alpha Theta, as we share what makes Theta shine so brightly. Recruitment allows us to give potential new members a taste of the style, spirit and enthusiasm that defines a UCF Theta. During the recruitment process, Theta showcases the many benefits of membership, while potential new members learn more about all that each sorority has to offer.
