Here, in the Eta Theta Chapter, we truly value our sisterhood and are always there for each other. Our new members get to experience this firsthand at our annual Sisterhood Retreat in the fall. The location is always a surprise, and undoubtedly, the most exciting event of the semester! All in a few days, our new members get their Big Sisters, their new Theta Family, and become initiated sisters of Kappa Alpha Theta! Games, PJ parties, fine dining, and tanning by the pool are just a few activities that are the norm that weekend.

Our Spring Semester concludes with our annual “Kite Krash” tubing trip to Ginnie Springs. Thetas spend the day tubing on the river, barbequing, playing sand volleyball, participating in other games and sports, and above all, having fun in the sun with their sisters!

Besides these two major trips, we have multiple other Sisterhood Events during the year. Whether it is a "Glee" Night, a Belly Dancing Lesson, Italian ices at Jeremiah’s, a night out at Cowboy’s Orlando, Bowling at Boardwalk Bowl, spinning classes at the gym, or a trip to Farris and Foster’s Chocolate Factory, we always find ways to spend time with each other.
